LOST OR STOLEN CREDIT CARDS AND TRAVELLERS CHEQUES

 

We hope that there will never be an occasion when you are in this situation, however here is a collection of useful information should you need to report a lost or stolen bank card.

Please note this is only general information and your own bank may have it’s own way of dealing with this situation.

Firstly, inform your bank of the lost card and identify any fraudulent charges as soon as as possible.

The 16-digit number on the card – it is vital that you have a record of this number, kept separate from your card, When reporting a missing card, also include as much of the following information as possible:

  • How the card went missing
